This committee coordinates all training activities for the board, staff and members. Its activities involves, identifying training needs, liaising with facilitators, selecting those who require the training, ensuring the training is offered effectively and competitively, and following –up the members who have been trained to evaluate the impact of the training received.

. Word From the Chairman Education Committee

Brethren,

We are indeed blessed by God with tremendous capabilities, both mental and physical.

He who created us is exceedingly higher in these faculties and has given us numerous opportunities to build ourselves to be “in his image”.

Anyone who does not open his mind, time and physical presence to learning is one moving backwards to the dark ages.

You may say that what you acquired in past learning has obviously removed you from those dark ages.

But my challenge to you is that with every new learning that the rest of the world acquires, it increases the gap between you and that world.

Ecclesiastics 12:12 says that “as for the writing of many books, there is no end” Many of us make very slow strides in development simply because we are outdated in our business/professional approaches.

Please do not let any opportunity by-pass you.

Where you have to spend some money, you will live to reap the fruit of that very valuable investment.
